Papua New Guinea's Climate Change Ambassador Latin Qualican N'drihin is preparing to launch his global campaign walk in May this year.

It will cost him K50,000 (US$23,000) for his international campaign and is seeking assistance from relevant authorities, sponsors and non-government organizations.
N'Drihin originally began his campaign in his home province of Manus in 2011, to sell his footsteps aimed at raising awareness on nature and humanity.
He has already walked over two-million steps within Manus, Madang, Lae and the National Capital District.
The former firefighter-cum-de-climate change ambassador says he has decided to take his campaign internationally as it's a unique idea, and that climate change is an international phenomenon.
N'Drihin's global walk campaign will take him five years across seven continents beginning in Vanimo.
"I'll be starting my walk by foot from Vanimo to Jayapura. From there I'll be catching a plane to Jakarta and to Singapore. From Singapore by foot all the way to Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Burma and then China and then cross over to Nepal, India and then Pakistan, cross over by ship to United Arab Emirates. Walk from there to South Arabia, Egypt, Sudan, Niger all the way to Morocco of Africa continent then to Europe from Morocco to Spain Portugal, French and then from Sweden to Norway, England and then back to Brazil by plane.".
