Un nou bloc de gheață s-a desprins din ghețarul Pine Island, din Antarctica, rezultând un aisberg mai mic decât cele desprinse în 2014 și 2015, însă chiar și așa continuitatea fenomenului de fragmentare a acestui ghețar reprezintă un semnal de alarmă care nu poate fi ignorat într-o lume din ce în ce mai caldă, conform NASA.

Luptă contracronometru în Iaşi. Se munceşte fără întrerupere pentru a diminua şi a ţine sub control poluarea de pe patru râuri din judeţ. Aceștia au colectat și analizat datele de pe întreg lanțul de producție și distribuție, de la plantarea semințelor de grâu până la ambalarea pâinii.
